E-MUSE INRAE would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

In general, you can visit the site www.itn-emuse.com without providing any personal information. In any case, you are in no way obliged to provide this information to E-MUSE INRAE. The personal data collected on this site are the IP address, date, time and pages viewed, technical information of response times (through cookies) and the mentions: Institution/company, Name and first name, Email Address, Phone, Function through the contact form. E-MUSE INRAE may process your personal Information to provide or collect information by means of “Contact” menu forms. The attachments you send with your message, for example a CV, are processed in compliance with the French General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD); and/or to collect information to improve the functioning of the Website (especially via the use of cookies) measure audience, process incidents on response times. What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

How do we collect information?

When you sign in to become a member or subscribe for Newsletter on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. To proceed with the recruitment procedure we collect your personal data through external provider Microsoft Forms.

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services

  2. E-mail you the Newsletter;

  3. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  4. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized project E-MUSE-related notices and promotional messages;

When E-MUSE processes your job applications and subscriptions for Newsletter, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting from the beneficiaries, partner organizations, advisory board and Microsoft.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

www.itn-emuse.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information on all of the E-MUSE activities and through Intranet share information between the members. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

www.itn-emuse.com will keep your personal data only no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Privacy policies of other websites  and hypertext links

The site may contain links to partner or third party sites. The publisher of the site, having no means to control these sites, assumes no responsibility for the content of these sites therefore you need to read their privacy policy.
