E-MUSE Final Meeting
The Final Meeting took place in Paris on the 26th May 2025. For this occasion, the members of the consortium gathered at the Procope restaurant for one last final dinner. As the E-MUSE project comes to an end, we would like to sincerely thank all partners, researchers, PhD fellows, coordinators, and stakeholders who have contributed to this inspiring scientific journey.



E-MUSE thesis defence
We warmly congratulate Rina Meluki who sucessfully defended her thesis on the 30th of June 2025. Her work was focused on"Integrative analysis of iron availability on metabolism and interaction dynamics of Hafnia alvei and Brevibacterium aurantiacum". This work marks step forward in the understanding of microbial communities in food systems. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours!
