E-MUSE first thesis defence
We warmly congratulate Michèle Bou Habib (ESR15) who is the first E-MUSE ESR to sucessfully defend her thesis the last 10th of December 2024. Her work was focused on the "Development and analysis of a dynamic model of phage attack in milk acidification for the cheese-making process",tackling challenges and contributing to an enhanced understanding of dairy processes. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours!
Congratulations to Mahtab Shoukat (ESR10) who published his first research paper.
