"An external expert Advisory Board (AB) will be appointed and steered by the Supervisory Board. The AB shall assist and facilitate the decisions made by the General Assembly (...) The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the AB meetings and prepare the implementation of the AB's suggestions. The AB members shall be allowed to participate in workshops and in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have any voting rights.
